Once again we have found out life keeps its surprises for us.
We have been planning Bajka’s puppies for a loong time…
However, one can probably imagine our feelings when on the day of the first progesteron level’s test it turned out we were supposed to begin our travel within the next few hours 🙂
We set off on Friday night, and reached Eyam, and the famous Mompesson Kennels in the sunny Saturday afternoon. Whereas Bajka got to know her fiance (and to our great relief – they both luckily seemed to like each), we spent a wonderful time with Frances and Bob.
We had also a great pleasure to visit the Clubshow on Sunday, organized by the ESS Club in Leicester. Over 100 springers were judged by the breed specialist Mr John Palmer (Roandew Kennel). Once again we were admiring the English dogs in the country of the breed’s origin. Most of them showing the noble expression, wel conctructed bodies, and no exaggeration in any detail…
Bajka’s fiance – Mompesson Striker was nicely placed 1st in the Mid Limit Dog class.
The CC’s went to the double Cruft Winner GB Sh.Ch Trimere Talking Point of Allenie, and to GB Sh.Ch Melverly Sublimity – stunning as usual.
We brought home many great memories of the moments that we will keep in heart for a long time. Thank you Frances and Bob for your kind hospitality, and giving us the hand in arranging the whole „adventure”.
We do appreciate it.
Now it is the time of having hopes, and within the next few weeks we willfind out if we have got a chance for them to come true 🙂
